Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg Chopped Broccoli
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1 1/3 C Minute Rice
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese - grated
- 1 C French Fried Onions

Instructions
- Prepare broccoli as directed on package and drain
- Combine broccoli, soup, water, rice, garlic salt and lemon juice in 1 1/2 qt casserole
- Cover
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
- Stir
- Top with layers of eggs and cheese
- Place onions around edge of casserole
- Bake 5 minutes more until onions are slightly browned and cheese is melted.
