Tri Color Casserole

Ingredients

Chopped Broccoli

can
Mushroom Soup
1 1/2
C
Water
1 1/3
C
Minute Rice

tsp
Garlic Salt
1 1/2
tsp
Lemon Juice
4
Hard Boiled Eggs

Sharp Cheddar Cheese - grated
1
C
French Fried Onions
Instructions
Prepare broccoli as directed on package and drain
Combine broccoli, soup, water, rice, garlic salt and lemon juice in 1 1/2 qt casserole
Cover
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
Stir
Top with layers of eggs and cheese
Place onions around edge of casserole
Bake 5 minutes more until onions are slightly browned and cheese is melted.
