Tri Color Casserole
From Jeanette's Recipe Cards Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 110 oz pkg Chopped Broccoli
  • 1can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 1/2C Water
  • 1 1/3C Minute Rice
  • 1tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 1/2tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1C Sharp Cheddar Cheese - grated
  • 1C French Fried Onions
Instructions
  1. Prepare broccoli as directed on package and drain
  2. Combine broccoli, soup, water, rice, garlic salt and lemon juice in 1 1/2 qt casserole
  3. Cover
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
  5. Stir
  6. Top with layers of eggs and cheese
  7. Place onions around edge of casserole
  8. Bake 5 minutes more until onions are slightly browned and cheese is melted.
