Ingredients
- 2 slices Bacon
- 1 lb franks split in half length wise
- 1/2 C sliced onions
- 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 1/3 C Water
- 1 10 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 tsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 1/3 C Minute Rice

Instructions
- Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove, drain and crumble
- Brown franks in drippings
- Add onions and cook until tender
- Add soup, water, vegetables and mustard
- Bring to a boil
- Stir in rice
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Top with bacon
