Super Frank Supper

Ingredients
  • 2slices Bacon
  • 1lb franks split in half length wise
  • 1/2C sliced onions
  • 1Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 1/3C Water
  • 110 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1tsp Prepared Mustard
  • 1 1/3C Minute Rice
Instructions
  1. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove, drain and crumble
  2. Brown franks in drippings
  3. Add onions and cook until tender
  4. Add soup, water, vegetables and mustard
  5. Bring to a boil
  6. Stir in rice
  7. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  8. Top with bacon
