Ingredients
- 2 15 1/2 oz cans Dark red kidney beans
- 1 16 oz can Black beans
- 1 19 oz can White Kidney Beans
- 1 28 oz can Italian Plum Tomatoes , drained and chopped
- 1 C Yellow Onion , chopped
- 2 Lg Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 C Molasses
- 1/4 C Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1-2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Red Pepper
- Salt to Taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Rinse and drain beans in colander
- Place in oven proof casserole dish
- Add remaining ingredients
- Fold together gently so that the beans do not break up,
- Bake covered for one hour
- Remove cover, stir and bake for additional hour
