Southwestern Baked Beans

Dark red kidney beans

Black beans

White Kidney Beans

Italian Plum Tomatoes
, drained and chopped

Yellow Onion
, chopped

Molasses

Vinegar

Honey

Dried Oregano

Dry Mustard

Ground Cumin

Ginger

Red Pepper
Salt to Taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Rinse and drain beans in colander
Place in oven proof casserole dish
Add remaining ingredients
Fold together gently so that the beans do not break up,
Bake covered for one hour
Remove cover, stir and bake for additional hour
