Ingredients
- 1/2 C Raisins
- 1/2 C Darek Rum
- 1/2 Gal Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

- Soak raisins in rum overnight.
- Allow ice cream to soften and scoop into mixing bowl.
- Add rum, raisins and nutmeg mix
- Rum will soften the ice cream and make mixing easier
- Place everything back into ice cream carton and refreeze
