Rum Raisin Ice Cream
From the Manassas Gourmet Club dinner Caribbean Cruise
Ingredients
  • 1/2C Raisins
  • 1/2C Darek Rum
  • 1/2Gal Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Soak raisins in rum overnight.
  2. Allow ice cream to soften and scoop into mixing bowl.
  3. Add rum, raisins and nutmeg mix
  4. Rum will soften the ice cream and make mixing easier
  5. Place everything back into ice cream carton and refreeze
