Ingredients
- 2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs , crushed fine
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 C Nuts , chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey or syrup
- 1/4 C Rum

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Stir together honey and rum
- Add liquids slowly
- Mix with hands to tell if the consistency is right
- When ingredients hold together, stop adding liquid
- Roll in hands to 1 inch balls
- Roll balls in powdered or granulated sugar
- Set balls in tight tin for at least 12 hours to ripen
