Ingredients
- 1 C Shortening
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 C White Sugar
- 4 C Flour
- 1 C Crushed Pineapple & Juice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Peacans , chopped

Instructions
- Cream shortening and sugars
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Add pineapple and juice
- Add soda, baking powder, and salt
- Mix in flour
- Add pecans
- Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown around the edges and firm.
- Store in airtight container
