Crushed Pineapple & Juice

Baking Powder

Salt

, chopped
Instructions
Cream shortening and sugars
Add eggs and vanilla
Add pineapple and juice
Add soda, baking powder, and salt
Mix in flour
Add pecans
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown around the edges and firm.
Store in airtight container
