Ingredients
- 1 C Butter (2 sticks)
- 3/4 C Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt (depending on how salty the oysters are.)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Dash Cayenne
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion , chopped
- 1/2 Medium Green Pepper
- 1 qt Oysters with most of the liquid
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 C Cracker or Bread Crumbs

Instructions
- Grease 2 qt. casserole.
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Add flour and make a roux.
- Cook until golden brown
- Add garlic, onions, pepper and seasonings.
- Cook until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add oysters with liquid, lemon.
- Stir well.
- Cook about 2 minutes.
- Pour into casserole.
- Sprinkle with cracker or bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or more).
