Michelle's Scalloped Oysters

Butter (2 sticks)

Flour

Paprika

Salt (depending on how salty the oysters are.)

Pepper
Dash
Cayenne

Clove Minced Garlic

Medium Onion
, chopped

Medium Green Pepper

Oysters with most of the liquid

Tbsp
Lemon Juice

Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce

Cracker or Bread Crumbs
Instructions
Grease 2 qt. casserole.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add flour and make a roux.
Cook until golden brown
Add garlic, onions, pepper and seasonings.
Cook until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
Add oysters with liquid, lemon.
Stir well.
Cook about 2 minutes.
Pour into casserole.
Sprinkle with cracker or bread crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or more).
