Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Bacon , fried crisp and drained
- 1 sm Head Cauliflower , cut into small florets
- 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce , washed , drain and torn into small pieces
- 1 pkg Frozen Green Peas (thawed)
- 1/2 Onion , chopped fine
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Put lettuce in large clear bowl. Make sure that it is well drained
- Place cauliflower florets on top of lettuce.
- Spread peas over cauliflower
- Spread onion over peas
- Crumble bacon over onion
- Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream
- Spread mixture over salad
- Sprinkle sugar over mixture
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese generously over salad
- Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or over night.
- Toss before serving.
