Ingredients
Bottom
- 1/2 C Butter
- 1/2 C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 C sifted flour
- 1 Dash Salt
Topping
- 1 C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Dash Salt
- 1/2 C Chopped nuts
- 1 C Coconut , shredded
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
To prepare bottom
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Work butter until smooth
- Work in brown sugar
- Sift in flour and salt
- Pat into bottom of 9" square pan
- Bake 10 minutes
To prepare topping
- Beat eggs until frothy
- Mix in brown sugar, flour and salt
- Mix until smooth
- Add nuts, coconut and vanilla
Then
- Turn oven temp up to 425 degrees
- Spread egg mixture over partially baked crust
- Bake 15 - 18 minutes
- Cool before serving
