Ingredients
- 4 Thick Loin Pork Chops
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion , chopped
- 1 Glove Garlic , minced
- 1/2 tsp Mild Chili Powder
- Pinch Oregano
- Pinch Cumin
- 1 C Water
- 1 Tbsp Dry Vermouth

Instructions
- Season chops with salt and pepper
- Fry in hot oil until nicely browned
- Remove from pan
- Saute onion and garlic, adding a little more oil if needed.
- Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin and water
- Return chops to pan
- Spoon sauce over chops
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
- Stir in Vermouth just before serving.
