Ingredients
4Thick Loin Pork Chops
Salt & Pepper to taste
1TbspOlive Oil
1/2Onion, chopped
1Glove Garlic, minced
1/2tspMild Chili Powder
PinchOregano
PinchCumin
1CWater
1TbspDry Vermouth
Instructions
Season chops with salt and pepper
Fry in hot oil until nicely browned
Remove from pan
Saute onion and garlic, adding a little more oil if needed.
