Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpeas , cooked
- 2 cloves Garlic , minced
- 1/4 cup Tahini (sesame seed butter)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Parsley , finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions
- Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid
- Mash the chickpeas
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well using blender or food processor
- Should be creamy and spreadable
- If it is too dry, add some of the reserved liquid to achieve desired consistency
