Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic , chopped fine
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms , cleaned and halved
- 2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- dash Pepper
- Snipped Parsley

Instructions
- Heat oil in 10" skillet until hot
- Add garlic, cook and stir over med heat for 1 minute
- Add mushrooms, cook and stir for 2 minutes
- Reduce heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley, cook for 2 minutes
- Put on serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley
