Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp Salt
- 3 qts Water
- 1 Med Cauliflower , broken into florets
- 4 C Broccoli Florets
- 1 pt Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

Instructions
- Remove rind from lemon and set aside
- Combine lemon rind, garlic, salt and water in a large Dutch oven and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
- Add cauliflower and broccoli florets and boil about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender
- Drain vegetables, discard lemon rind and garlic
- Rinse under running water
- Arrange vegetables on a platter in rings and put the tomatoes in the center
- Make dressing by combining mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl, stir well
- Cover and chill
- Serve dressing with salad
