Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
From the Manassas Gourmet Club Dinner "An English Holiday" Serves 6 - 8

, broken into florets

Broccoli Florets

Cherry Tomatoes

Mayonnaise

Tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice

tsp
Dry Mustard
Instructions
Remove rind from lemon and set aside
Combine lemon rind, garlic, salt and water in a large Dutch oven and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
Add cauliflower and broccoli florets and boil about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender
Drain vegetables, discard lemon rind and garlic
Rinse under running water
Arrange vegetables on a platter in rings and put the tomatoes in the center
Make dressing by combining mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl, stir well
Cover and chill
Serve dressing with salad
