Ingredients
- 2 lbs Fresh Asparagus
- 1/4 C Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Grated Lemon Rind
- 1/4 C Fresh Lemon Juice
- Lemon Rind Strips for Garnish

Instructions
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus
- Remove scales with peeler (if desired)
- Melt butter in skillet
- Add asparagus
- Sauté for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender
- Add salt and pepper and remove from heat
- Toss with lemon rind and juice
- Garnish
