Ingredients
- 1 26 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Beaten Egg Yolks
- 3 Egg Whites beaten until stiff
- 2 C Whipped Cream
- Gel Chocolate

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in double boiler
- Add sugar and egg yolks.
- Mix well then remove from heat.
- Fold in egg whites and let cool
- Fold in whipped cream
- Cut the cake into layers
- Then use chocolate mixture for filling
- Frost with gel chocolate if desired
