Angel Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • 126 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Beaten Egg Yolks
  • 3 Egg Whites beaten until stiff
  • 2C Whipped Cream
  • Gel Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler
  2. Add sugar and egg yolks.
  3. Mix well then remove from heat.
  4. Fold in egg whites and let cool
  5. Fold in whipped cream
  6. Cut the cake into layers
  7. Then use chocolate mixture for filling
  8. Frost with gel chocolate if desired
