Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites , beaten stiff
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 20 Ritz Crackers , crushed
- 3/4 C Pecans
- 1 C Whipped Cream
- 1 small can Crushed Pineapple , drained

Instructions
- Beat sugar into egg whites
- Add baking powder
- Add Ritz crackers and pecans
- Spread in a 9" pie pan
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
- Cool
- Top with whipped cream and pineapple
- Refrigerate overnight
