Ritz Cracker Pineapple Dessert

Egg Whites
, beaten stiff

Sugar

Baking Powder

Ritz Crackers
, crushed

Pecans

Whipped Cream

small can
Crushed Pineapple
, drained
Instructions
Beat sugar into egg whites
Add baking powder
Add Ritz crackers and pecans
Spread in a 9" pie pan
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
Cool
Top with whipped cream and pineapple
Refrigerate overnight
