Ingredients
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1/2 C Light Syrup
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 C Red Hots
- Popcorn , popped

Instructions
- Pop popcorn and set aside
- Put sugar, water, syrup, and vinegar in a sauce pan
- Cook slowly until mixture holds a soft ball
- DO NOT STIR
- Fill pan with popcorn
- Pour mixture over popcorn
- Mix with wooden spoon
- Add Red Hots and mix
- Pat down into shape of pan with wooden spoon and let cool.
