Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 large Carrots peeled and diced
- 3 stalks Celery diced
- 1 28oz Can Peeled Tomatoes with Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Parsley - dried
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire
- 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions
- In large pot, melt butter, sauté onion, carrot and celery until onion is translucent
- Stir in pepper, parsley, soy, Worcestershire and paprika.
- Add broth and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
