Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 1 lb Cheddar Cheese , shredded
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cup Beer
- 4 English Muffins
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs , sliced
- Parsley Sprigs

Instructions
- In saucepan, melt butter
- Stir in cheese until melted
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cayenne and beer
- Heat through
- Arrange muffins on serving plate
- Top with egg slices
- Spoon rabbit (cheese sauce) over eggs
- Garnish with parsley and additional cayenne
