Beer Rabbit over Eggs and Muffins
Toast muffins if desired. May also add minced onion and a little garlic powder if desired

Ingredients
  • 2Tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1lb Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/8tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2cup Beer
  • 4 English Muffins
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
  • Parsley Sprigs
Instructions
  1. In saucepan, melt butter
  2. Stir in cheese until melted
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cayenne and beer
  4. Heat through
  5. Arrange muffins on serving plate
  6. Top with egg slices
  7. Spoon rabbit (cheese sauce) over eggs
  8. Garnish with parsley and additional cayenne
