Tuna Vegetable Quiche
Ingredients
  • 1 9" Frozen Pie Shell
  • 1cup Cooked Broccoli, drained and chopped
  • 3ounce can Tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2Tbsp Onion, chopped
  • 1ounce Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/4tsp Pepper
Instructions
  1. Thaw pie crust 20 minutes then bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Toss together broccoli, tuna, onion, cheese and then spread evenly on bottom of crust
  3. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour mixture over top
  4. Put pie on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm in center
  5. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving
