Ingredients
- 1 C Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Red Curry Paste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Place coconut milk in small saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Boil for 1 min - stirring
- Keep warm
- Pour into a small bowl just before serving
