Ingredients
- 6 oz Fritos Corn Chips
- 8 oz Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes , chopped
- Enchilada Sauce
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion , chopped
- Shredded Lettuce
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Chili Beans
- Taco Sauce
- 1 Green Pepper , chopped

Instructions
- Heat Fritos in casserole dish
- Brown ground beef and drain off fat
- Add to Fritos
- Heat beans and sprinkle over hamburger mix
- Top with 1/2 of cheese
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and onion
- Heat sauce together and pour over top
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese
- Serve or bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes if you prefer it hot.
