Spinach Balls

Ingredients
  • 2x 10ounce packages Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 2cups Bread Stuffing, plain
  • 1medium Onion, chopped
  • 1Tbsp Instant Minced Garlic
  • 1tsp Black pepper
  • 3/4cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2tsp Thyme
  • 1/2tsp Red Pepper
  • 1/2tsp Accent Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Cook spinach and then drain very well, first in sieve and then in paper towels
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and spinach
  3. Form into balls about the size of walnuts
  4. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with pam
  5. Freeze
  6. When frozen, place in plastic bag
  7. When ready to serve, bake on cookie sheet for 15 to 25 minutes until they are stiff, not gooey.
