Ingredients
- 1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs , peeled
- 2 Eggs , beaten
- 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Vegetable Oil

Instructions
- Divide sausage into 6 portions
- Press each portion of sausage around a hard cooked egg
- Dip each sausage coated egg in beaten egg
- Roll the egg in bread crumbs
- Deep fry in hot vegetable oil (375 degrees) for 7 to 9 minutes until sausage is done
- Drain well and let cool to room temperature
- Cut eggs in half and serve.
