Ingredients

Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into long strips - 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide
Mix with salt and pepper
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium size bowl
Stir in chicken
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 - 6 hours
Bring to room temperature before grilling
Make Thai Satay Sauce
Prepare grill, coals should be very hot
Set grill close to coals
Thread chicken onto 16 skewers
Grill chicken 5 - 8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, turning as needed. Do not overcook
Serve with Thai Satay Sauce
