Salad of Tropical Fruits

Ingredients

Ripe Mangos

Firm, ripe bananas
,peeled and sliced

Fresh Pineapple Chunks

Blood Oranges
, sectioned

Star Fruit
, sliced
1/4

Light Rum
1/2
C
Grated Fresh Coconut (packaged coconut may be used)
, toasted
Instructions
Mix all fruits together in medium size glass bowl
Pour rum over the fruit and mix well
Allow fruit salad to sit for 30 minutes
When ready to serve, sprinkle without the toasted coconut
