Sage and Onion Dressing for Roast Goose
Ingredients
  • 3 Med Onions, peeled
  • 4 Lrg Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2Tbsp Loosely packed dried sage leaves, crumbled
  • 1/2tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1Tbsp Butter, cut into tiny bits
Instructions
  1. Parboil the onions in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove onions with slotted spoon, cool and then chop fine.
  3. In a large bowl, combine onions, chopped apples, sage, pepper and butter.
  4. Just before cooking goose, place stuffing in cavities of the goose.
