Rice with Black Beans

Stewed Tomatoes

Black beans
, rinsed and drained

Water

Dried Oregano

Instant Brown Rice
, uncooked
Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
Add onion and garlic
Cook and stir until tender but not browned
Stir in tomatoes, beans, water and oregano
Bring to a boil
Stir in rice
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
