Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 C Uncooked Rice (not fast cooking)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion , chopped
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Green Pepper , optional
- Canned Tomatoes

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except canned tomatoes together.
- Form mixture into balls.
- In a Dutch oven or large pan, cook the balls until well browned.
- Drain excess fat and discard fat.
- Cover meatballs with tomatoes and cook for 20 - 30 minutes until done.
