Mustard Baked Chicken

Ingredients

Meaty Chicken Pieces (breasts, thighs, drumsticks etc.) skins optional
Juice of one lemon
3
Tbsp
Whiskey Mustard
2
tsp
Chopped Fresh Taragon
Sea Salt and Ground Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Put pieces in shallow baking dish in a single layer
Sprinkle sea salt and pepper over the chicken
Spread mustard over chicken, turning to coat both sides
Sprinkle tops with tarragon
Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes until cooked through and serve.
