Ingredients
- 2 Sticks Margarine
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese , softened
- 2 1/2 C Flour
- Jam , any flavor
- nuts, raisins or peanut butter are optional and may be mixed with the jam

Instructions
- Cream margarine and cream cheese
- Add in flour
- Roll out very thin
- Cut out circles with a biscuit cutter
- Put small amount of jam or jam mix in center or dough cutout
- Fold dough over to form half circle and crimp edges together
- Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
