Katie's Muffins
Easy Raisin Bran Muffins. Make ahead dough will keep at least a week.
Ingredients
  • 15oz Raisin Bran Cereal
  • 5C Flour
  • 3C Sugar
  • 5tsp Baking Soda
  • 2tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1C Salad Oil
  • 1qt Buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs well
  2. Add oil and buttermilk
  3. Stir in all dry ingredients
  4. Mix well but only until thoroughly blended
  5. Put in muffin cups - 2/3 full
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
