Katie's Muffins
Easy Raisin Bran Muffins. Make ahead dough will keep at least a week.
Ingredients

Raisin Bran Cereal

C
Flour
3
C
Sugar
5
tsp
Baking Soda
2
tsp
Salt
4
Eggs
1
C
Salad Oil
1
qt
Buttermilk
Instructions
Beat eggs well
Add oil and buttermilk
Stir in all dry ingredients
Mix well but only until thoroughly blended
Put in muffin cups - 2/3 full
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
