Jeanette's Bread & Butter Pickles
Ingredients
  • 6cups Sugar
  • 3tsp Celery Seed
  • 3tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tsp Ginger
  • 1qt Vinegar
  • 1qt sliced onions
  • 3tsp Mustard Seed
Instructions
  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil except pickles and onions.
  2. Add pickles and onions, boil for 5 minutes
  3. Pack into jars and seal
