Ingredients
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1/8tsp Salt
  • 3-4Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4C Olive Oil
  • 116 oz pkg Gourmet Salad Greens
  • 1/8tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4C Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Process garlic, sugar, mustard, salt and lemon juice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally.
  2. Turn blender on high and add oils in a slow, steady stream.
