Fudge
From Jeanette's recipe cards Recipe shows its age calling for 25 cent Hershey bars. Makes 5 lbs of fudge.
Ingredients
  • 2pkgs Chocolate Bits
  • 2 Hershey Bars (2 small or 1 large)
  • 2C Nuts
  • 1Can Marshmallow Cream or 1 pt Marshmallow Fluff
  • 5C Sugar
  • 1Large Can Carnation Milk
  • 1/4lb Margarine or Butter
  • a little vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine chocolate, nuts and marshmallow in large bowl
  2. Put sugar, milk, margarine to a rolling boil stirring continuously.
  3. Add vanilla
  4. Pour over chocolate mixture and stir well
  5. When mixed well, pour into greased pan and let harden.
  6. Cut into bite sized pieces when hardened.
