Crock Pot Mac & Cheese
Triple recipe for a large crock pot. A friend from work, Lisa Fontana shared this recipe. Looks like it would be good for a cold winter day. She uses a variety of cheeses.
Ingredients
  • 18 oz box Medium Shells, cooked and drained
  • 1Stick Melted butter, salted
  • 18 oz can Evaporated Milk
  • 3C Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except one cup of cheese in a crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top
  3. Cook on low for three hours
  4. Do not remove lid or stir until ready to eat.
