Creamy Crab Dip
Ingredients

Butter or Margarine

Finely Chopped Onion

Garlic

Fresh Parsley

ounce packages
Cream Cheese
, cut into cubes

Worcestershire Sauce

tsp
Hot Sauce

Salt
2x 6
ounce packages
Frozen Crab Meat
, thawed, drained and flaked
Instructions
Place butter in a 2 quart casserole
Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until butter melts
Add onion, garlic and parsley - cover with plastic wrap
Microware on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender
Add cream cheese and microwave for 1/2 to 1 minutes stirring once
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and salt. Mix well
Gently stir in crabmeat
Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
Dip may be made ahead and chilled
Serve cold or heat in microwave 2 - 3 minutes until hot.
