Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 box Jello-O (any flavor)
- 3 C Sugar
- 3/4 C Water
- 3/4 C Light Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Chopped nuts

- Dissolve the whites of the eggs with the Jell-O.
- Boil sugar, water, salt and syrup to a hard boil stage
- Beat until it loses its shine
- Add nuts and vanilla
- Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper to cool.
