Carrot Spinach Hot Dish

Ingredients
  • 1box Leaf Spinach - cooked
  • 5 Med Carrots
  • 1 Med Onion
  • Bread Crumbs
White Sauce
  • 3Tbsp Butter
  • 3Tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/2C Grated Processed Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook Spinach per directions - drain
  2. Cook carrots, onion and salt together until tender
  3. Put all ingredients for white sauce together in a sauce pan and cook until bubbly
  4. Put spinach, carrot mixture and white sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Cover with bread crumbs
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
