Carrot Spinach Hot Dish

Ingredients

Leaf Spinach - cooked

Med Carrots

Med Onion
Bread Crumbs
White Sauce

Butter

Flour

Grated Processed Cheese
Instructions
Cook Spinach per directions - drain
Cook carrots, onion and salt together until tender
Put all ingredients for white sauce together in a sauce pan and cook until bubbly
Put spinach, carrot mixture and white sauce in a baking dish.
Cover with bread crumbs
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
